Thank you for your lovely compliment. Thanksgiving was a great day spent with my husband and family; I hope yours was as well. As far as advice for worrying about the future and anxiety I think the best thing to do is do one small thing at a time. When you become comfortable with that, then add one more thing that is new. Keep doing that and you should become more relaxed.
